Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy

  1. Without prejudice to statutory and contractual warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product supplied to them by the store within seven (7) days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer shall not be entitled to exchange the product after the elapse of these seven days.
  2. To exchange the product, it is required that the product be in sound condition and that the consumer has not used it or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to exchanging it to verify its condition.
  • Domestic Exchange: The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in the event they wish to exchange the product.
  • International Exchange: The consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company.
  • Defects or Errors: In the event of manufacturing defects or errors, the consumer will be fully compensated.

Exceptions to Exchange:

The consumer shall not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was custom-made upon the consumer’s request or manufactured according to specifications defined by them (excluding products with defects or those that non-comply with the specified specifications).
  2. Video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software applications that have been used.
  3. Newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other items classified as copyrighted works.
  4. If a defect appears in the product due to improper handling or misuse by the consumer.
  5. Contracts providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. Contracts for purchasing downloadable software from the internet.

Return Policy

  1. Without prejudice to statutory and contractual warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product supplied to them by the store within seven (7) days following the date of receiving the product. The consumer shall not be entitled to return the product after the elapse of these seven days.
  2. To return the product, it is required that the product be in sound condition and that the consumer has not used it or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to accepting the return to verify its condition.
  3. The consumer shall bear all costs arising from the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of manufacturing defects or errors, the consumer will be fully compensated.

Exceptions to Return:

The consumer shall not have the right to return the product in the following cases:
